“It's another kind of magic - the magic of human connection...”The Wall Street Journal
Project Teach-Mentor-Inspire has been implemented with public and private school systems as summer and afterschool programming that transforms middle and high school students into future leaders and confident entrepreneurs.
Measured outcomes include significant academic achievement, increased self-awareness, and creativity and leadership skill development. The program is directed by Mishella Etienne-Campbell, a business owner and an accomplished leader with nearly 20 years of executive management in youth programs and community outreach.
Workshops in the arts for youth have been a staple of’s community work since 2010. Now partnering with Sankofa Arts, we create safe learning spaces, implementing holistic workshops in small and large classrooms, during assemblies, as part of extracurricular offerings, with sports teams, as part of  faculty and staff team building, and community/cultural celebrations. The workshops can vary from half-day to two-day, to semester-long. Our team includes educators, artists, a clinical therapist, music therapists, all who are trained group facilitators.
The themes of these workshops are often student and faculty driven and given in the context of the communities served with a focus on truth, justice and reconciliation. Our artists have implemented highly successful one-day to seven-week workshops for teenagers, as well as seamlessly taught  classes at public and private schools, housing developments and in afterschool programs from Boston to Baltimore.
